Nomad Snow Crypton® performance fabric is a naturally textured linen blend with a soft hand feel. It is stain resistant, moisture repellant and non toxic.
Soak up spills with a paper towel. For tougher stains, spot clean with a clean cloth and a water-based cleaner, taking care not to oversaturate. Use a clean, dry cloth to blot excess moisture, then let area dry completely.
Wash instructions: You can wash the slipcovers in your laundry machine with a mild detergent, and ensure the zippers are pulled up. Use cold water only and a delicate cycle to wash, then run an extra cold-water rinse to make sure no soap residue is left behind. Lay flat or hang to dry, avoiding direct sunlight—using a dryer could cause damage and void the product warranty.

Is the sofa bed comfortable to sleep on?

Yes. Every Reve comes with a Japanese-made, 4.75" mattress topped with plush memory foam that contours to your body and cushions pressure points, so overnight guests rest easy.

Is the mattress included?

It is. The Reve Sofa Bed comes in full and queen sizes, and the Reve Sectional opens to a full. Each includes a 4.75" memory foam mattress sized to fit.

Do I need to remove the cushions to open it?

No. The seat and back cushions are attached, so the bed opens in one quick step.

Can I wash the mattress cover?

Yes. The mattress has a removable, zippered cover you can take off and wash between guests.

Does it include storage?

The Reve Sectional has concealed storage beneath the chaise, ideal for extra bedding and pillows. The full and queen sofa beds do not include storage.

Can the sectional chaise go on the left or right?

Yes. The chaise can be configured left- or right-facing to suit your space.

Does Hetta truly provide free delivery?

Hetta provides free delivery on all items, regardless of size or price to all Canadian provinces and across the continental US. For larger items, including sofas, beds and dining tables, we also provide free in-home assembly and removal of packaging. There is no catch—we feel that delivery and set up should be as efficient as possible.

How do returns work?

We hope you enjoy our products as much as we do! If something doesn't work for you, we will make it right. Returns for refund or exchange will be accepted within 30 days of delivery in original condition. See our return policy for more details.

Do your products come with a warranty?

We offer a limited warranty up to five years, covering any confirmed imperfections in manufacturing or craftsmanship starting from the day your order is delivered to your home. There are a few limitations and exceptions, which you can explore in more detail on our warranty page.

Can I pay for my order in instalments?

Are your fabrics really stain resistant?

Yes, our fabrics really are stain resistant. Our upholstered pieces are made with durable and cozy performance fabrics. You can easily clean up most spills with a paper towel. For tougher stains, you can use mild soap and water. To help you decide which fabric suits your needs, Hetta offers free swatches.

Can I order a swatch before purchasing?

Hetta offers free swatches to help you find the right fabric. You can order directly from the Hetta website on our product pages. Once your order is placed, the swatch will arrive via mail within 1-2 weeks.
