Does Hetta truly provide free delivery?

Hetta provides free delivery on all items, regardless of size or price to all Canadian provinces and across the continental US. For larger items, including sofas, beds and dining tables, we also provide free in-home assembly and removal of packaging. There is no catch—we feel that delivery and set up should be as efficient as possible.

If you would like to ship your order to the Canadian Territories, Hawaii or Alaska please reach out to our Customer Care team to support processing your order. Note, an incremental shipping fee will apply.

How do returns work?

We hope you enjoy our products as much as we do! If something doesn't work for you, we will make it right. Returns for refund or exchange will be accepted within 30 days of delivery in original condition. See our return policy for more details.

Do your products come with a warranty?

We offer a limited warranty up to five years, covering any confirmed imperfections in manufacturing or craftsmanship starting from the day your order is delivered to your home. There are a few limitations and exceptions, which you can explore in more detail on our warranty page.

A classic piece
I genuinely love the Hawthorne Bed in Tusk. It’s such a classic piece that’s beautifully made, solid, and timeless. The quality feels amazing, and the colour is absolute perfection: soft, warm, and easy to style with anything. It brings a calm, cozy feeling to the room without trying too hard, and it’s one of those pieces I know we’ll love for years to come!

Beautiful bed, slow to deliver.
The bed itself is great, beautiful design and colors are true to the website photos. Love the feel of the fabric as well. Knocking off a star as the bed was extremely delayed. This seemed to be a pattern across both Hetta and Sundays as I placed multiple orders in October and almost all were delayed well beyond their estimated delivery dates. I am on the east coast, so not sure if that isn't as much of an issue on the west coast but just wanted to call that out in case anyone was looking to have pieces deliver within a certain time frame.

Amazing quality, amazing customer service
I cannot say enough about the excellent experience I’ve had with the Hetta team. From the virtual tour of the pieces I was considering (they were located in the NY showroom and I’m on the west coast), to the wonderful white glove delivery service - everything about the process was smooth and seamless. The pieces themselves are beautiful, exceptionally well made, and aesthetically perfect in our new summer home. I’m so pleased with this experience and will be a forever customer.
